Over at least ten years relays were installed throughout the Seabreeze Building. They were made by the maker “Digital Loggers” in California. Each relay contains eight sub-relays, which can be turned ON and OFF through the House LAN independently. Those relays resemble industry grade products, with a contact rating of up to 30 amps. The following electric circuits can be switched by each sub-relay:

– 120V AC, using normal AC outlets (relay model “WebSwitch”)

– Low voltage AC or DC, using screw terminals (relay model “DinRelay”)

The relays are used in the Seabreeze Building to switch electric devices like ceiling lights, door strikes, air condition units and power for PCs and other devices.
